	CABIN PRICE LIST FOR 2010



	Please be advised the tax rates may be increasing in July 2010 and this increase may be added onto all quoted rates.

	All prices are based on 2 people in a cabin. Each additional person over 12 years is $10.00 per night. Continental Breakfast is included with your CABIN rental during peak season only - June 13 to September 15 Weekly Rate - Stay 6 nights and get the 7th night free Click here for a list of Cabin Contents

	Min. 2 night stay required for all cabins Check-in 3pm - Check-out 11am Until June 30, 2009 5% GST and 8% Room Tax will be added to all quoted cabin rates. Starting July 1, 2010 a harmonized sales tax of 12% will be added to all quoted rates.

Reservation and cancellation policy: A valid credit card number with expiry date is required to hold a cabin. An advance deposit equal to one nights rent (excluding taxes) is due at time of booking to guarantee reservations. We then have a 30 day cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation MORE than 30 days prior to your expected arrival date, the advance deposit is forfeited unless we are able to rebook the cabin. If the cabin is re-booked we will refund your deposit less a $50 administration fee. If you cancel WITHIN 30 days of your arrival you will forfeit the full advance deposit.
